Cost Estimation
Before I start any project, we’ll walk through a clear, detailed estimate so you know exactly what to expect. I am committed to doing quality work and making sure it fits comfortably within your budget. Most jobs are charged by the hour, plus materials.
Payments
Payments are due upon completion of the project. Payment may be made by Cash or Card. Services fees may apply when paying with a Debit/Credit Card.
Plumbing and Electrical Services
I am happy to help with minor plumbing and electrical tasks—things like fixture replacements, small repairs, basic troubleshooting, and general maintenance. While I’m not a licensed plumber or electrician, I can take care of straightforward jobs safely and efficiently. For larger, more complex, or permit-required work, I always recommend hiring a licensed professional to ensure everything meets code and safety standards.
